My Journey
Here's a breakdown of my progress as the years have gone by.
My father used to borrow books from a library in Takoradi and bring them home for my sister and me. One of them was a colourful children's history book about American figures and landmarks. I was fascinated.
But somewhere between reading that book and growing up, I realised: I knew very little about my own country's history. That gap — between how Africa sees itself and how it could see itself — has quietly driven almost everything I've done since.

We were selected as finalists and would later travel to DC in 2017.

Pragmatic Optimism
BookAfter years of thinking, writing, and questioning — I wrote it down. My first book. A journal of ideas about Africa's future, written by someone still figuring out his own.
I'm not where I imagined I'd be. I'm somewhere better — still asking questions, still building, still learning to use what I have.
Twenty-something years I never imagined I'd see. I'm grateful for every one of them.
This journey is just getting started.
