- Deepening Faith: The Deepening Faith curriculum challenges fellows to pursue Christ-centeredness in all we do. It pushes us to make our faith as Christians permeate every aspect of our lives.
- Understanding Self: Who am I? Why am I on Earth? Why do I do what I do? Introspective answers to these and many more questions are the foundation for understanding who we are and our motivations as people and subsequently as leaders.
- Building Competencies: Building competencies encourages us to take a critical look at our presence and brand as people and as leaders. Through this curriculum, we develop competencies such as goal setting, critical thinking personal branding and much more.
- Understanding Leadership: What differentiates good leaders from bad ones? What difference does good leadership make? This curriculum block challenges us to break the status quo and become the difference in any part of society we find ourselves in.
- Leading Change: K. A. Martey, a trɔtrɔ mate (bus conductor) once said that "you can't always demand change, sometimes you have to bring your own change". Leading change pushes us to do just this! Bring your own change!
